Green Valley Country Club is pleased to host your event.
Our professional staff will do their utmost to please you in every way possible.
MENU SELECTION: Should be submitted to the banquet manager at least two weeks in advance; otherwise, items selected cannot be guaranteed.
PRICES AND MENU:Prices and menu items may not be confirmed more than ninety (90) days prior to the function date. Please consult the Banquet manager for current price quotations. All reservations booked are tentative until this sheet is signed and required deposit is received.
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE: All prices are subject to a 20% service charge, 7% R.I. sales tax, and a 1% Meal and Beverage tax added to the combined total of the food and beverage.
GUARANTEES: Your expected number of guests is due to the Banquet manager at the time of booking your function. Your guaranteed number of guests is due 10 days prior to function. You will be responsible for payment of the number of guests that you guarantee. If there are meals served above your guaranteed number, the actual number of guests served will be charged.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SALE: No food or beverage of any kind will be supplied, sold, or served by anyone other than Green Valley Country Club. Outside desserts are subject to club approval. The club reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by your guests. Rhode Island liquor laws will not permit any liquor service after 1:00 a.m.
PAYMENT:A 20% deposit is required for all functions to hold the date. *For weddings an additional deposit is required. Deposit is due at time of booking your event. Deposits are refundable only up to 6 months prior to the date of your event. Balance is due by cash, credit, or check the day of your event upon arrival.
RENTAL CHARGES: Rental charges apply to specific functions. Our Banquet manager will be happy to consult you.
BARTENDER CHARGE: If you are requesting a bartender for the function there will be a $60.00 charge.
DECORATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Our banquet manager is available to assist you in arranging for flower and centerpieces, displays, decorations, musicians, disc jockeys, or other entertainment for your special event. Any and all decorations and/or displays are subject to club approval.
LIABILITY: We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises or equipment will be charged accordingly. We cannot assume any responsibility for personal property and equipment brought into our premises.
WEDDINGS: A $1,500 wedding fee applies to all wedding parties taking place here at Green Valley Country Club. This include the use of our 72″ round tables, chairs, linens, and photo op of wedding party on our beautiful golf course.
